2. This website
This website is a set of plain pages. It does not use cookies, local storage, analytics, adverts, tracking pixels, embedded videos or social media buttons, and it loads nothing from any other company's servers — even its fonts are served from our own host. Because it sets no cookies, there is no cookie banner.
Like every web server, our hosting provider's server records a standard log line for each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and the browser identification your browser sends. These logs are used only to keep the site running and secure, and are deleted automatically after a short period set by our hosting provider. Why: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
3. Emails to us
If you email us, we keep your email address and what you sent so we can reply. Why: our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep it as long as needed to deal with your message, then for up to 2 years.
4. Who processes it, and where
Our website and email are hosted by our web hosting provider on servers in London, United Kingdom. We do not sell or rent personal data, or share it for advertising.
5. Do Not Track
We do not track you across other websites or services, so this website behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal.
6. Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us to: give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; and give it to you in a portable format. Email contact.us@saristechnology.co.uk; we will reply within one month.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113) or your local data protection authority — but please contact us first so we can try to help.
